As a restaurateur, you have few options on how to grow your net sales and profits. Although many options, they are not always easy ones or financially doable within your current position. You can: 1. Add tables: this can be very costly due to addition and remodeling costs and the hassle of the mess of construction. Do you close or just work around the construction? 2.
